Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship It Back
Use a trackable shipping method to send your return to our distribution center; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
